Title: Three Christmas Angels
Genre: Romantic Comedy
Runtime: Approx. 2 hours (5 acts)
Synopsis
Lenny Bailey is a 40-year-old tech blogger and charming, if slightly worn-out, hopeless romantic. Living in the quaint town of Bedford Hills—a loving wink to Bedford Falls from It’s a Wonderful Life—Lenny has everything but love. Despite writing viral posts about gadgets and holiday gift guides, his own life has become a comedy of romantic errors.
Each of his last three serious relationships ended the exact same way: on Christmas Eve. The women? Faith, Hope, and Joy—no, really. One was a rebel, one a dreamer, and one a party animal. Each relationship flamed bright… then fizzled in the frosty winter air. And Lenny, poor Lenny, got left holding the eggnog.

Act 1: “Ornaments and Other Wounds” (26 mins)
It’s Thanksgiving in Bedford Hills. Lenny’s boisterous family pressures him: “Who are you bringing to Christmas dinner?” His brothers are married, his nieces make fun of him for being single, and his mom just wants grandkids—preferably this year.
The next day, he visits the local Christmas shop, a cozy, snow-kissed place with hot cocoa and Bing Crosby crooning in the background. He’s drawn to a pack of ornaments: Faith, Hope, and Joy. A grim chuckle escapes him—he buys them.
That night, as he places the ornaments on the tree, a mysterious text pings his phone:

Act 2: “Faith” (26 mins)
Flashback: Christmas past.
Faith was a firecracker—tattoos, combat boots, and a philosophy degree she never used. She taught Lenny how to break the rules and enjoy the ride. Together, they road-tripped in her dented convertible, sang punk Christmas carols, and fell hard… until one snowy Christmas Eve when she vanished after saying she needed to “find freedom.” He never saw her again.
But her ornament sparkles. Could it be her?
Act 3: “Hope” (26 mins)
Flashback: A softer season.
Hope was a romantic’s dream: old movie marathons, handwritten love letters, and spontaneous dances in the kitchen. She dreamed of living abroad, painting sunsets in Tuscany. On their second Christmas Eve, she kissed him goodbye and left for Paris. Postcards followed… but eventually stopped.
Lenny still keeps the last one in a drawer.
Act 4: “Joy” (26 mins)
Flashback: the wildest Christmas yet.
Joy was electric. She brought glitter to Lenny’s dullest days. They met at a Christmas karaoke bar, danced to The Ramones’ “Merry Christmas (I Don’t Want to Fight Tonight),” and made snow angels under neon lights. But on New Year’s Eve, she vanished mid-toast, muttering something about “one more drink and one more dream.”
Three women. Three exits. Three Christmas Eves.
But now someone’s coming back…
Act 5: “Guess?” (15 mins + Audience Choice Ending)
Christmas Eve again.
Lenny sits at the tree, ornament lights flickering, heart pounding. He gets another text:
“I’ll be there in 10.”
Who is it?
This is where the magic begins: Viewers choose one of three alternate endings, or allow the Eternal Ho Ho Holdings app to randomly select the outcome.
- Ending 1: Faith returns, ready to settle down and write a book about second chances.
- Ending 2: Hope reappears, asking Lenny to finally come to Paris—with her.
- Ending 3: Joy crashes through the door with a Santa hat, shouting, “Turn on the karaoke, baby!”
Each ending is a little different. A little magical. And all of them are about love.
